Building with faith
The Habitat for Humanity Faith Build is a wonderful opportunity for our church to live our mission of "seeking, sharing, and serving in God's love!" We have joined nearly 20 other Topeka faith groups to help construct a home in central Topeka.
Topeka Habitat for Humanity’s mission is “Serving God by serving others--building homes, hope, and community,” and this project is bringing people together from all over the city to put their faith into action.
The Faith Build project is located in the historic Ward Meade neighborhood. Churches, congregations, parishes and faith-based groups from across the Topeka community will build together and pray together throughout the construction of this Habitat home.

Wall Raising Celebration
The walls were raised on the 2018 Faith Build house on Saturday, August 4th. We prayed, raised the first walls for the house, and celebrated this community blessing.
Video: Message from Janice Watkins, Topeka Habitat for Humanity Executive Director.
"For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God."
