Jen Shelley

Administrative Assistant

Jennifer Shelley joined our team Nov. 18, 2024.  She has 15 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. She previously worked at Berryton UMC and New Hope UMC (previously Otterbein UMC), among a few other church denominations.  She found that The United Methodist Church is where she feels God has called her to serve.
She attended Highland Park High School receiving her diploma. After high school, she worked with Vocational Rehabilitation to further her skill set by attending an Office Training and Assessment Program (O.T.A.P.) and received a Certificate of Completion.
Susanna Wesley has been a huge blessing to her.  As Jennifer continues her journey with us, she looks forward to meeting, talking, and getting to know the congregation, as well as the many groups, volunteers, and organizations that participate in the life of the church.
Jennifer has a unique visual impairment causing her to be legally blind since birth. A part of her eye condition causes extreme sensitivity to light. She couldn’t be more grateful for the understanding and acceptance that she found at Susanna Wesley.
