Overview
Susanna Wesley’s School Age Program aims to provide everyone with a safe and secure environment. We offer a stimulating atmosphere where elementary-age people can grow socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually through developmentally age-appropriate practices. We recognize that children learn through play, and we strive to create a climate that will encourage exploration, experimentation, and creativity. We give special attention to fostering a positive self-concept in each camper through creative and structured learning opportunities. We offer a Before and After School Program during the school year and a Summer Camp.
Next Generation Program Director Becca Nyman leads a staff team certified in CPR, First Aid, and Safe Gatherings. The School Age Program is licensed through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Please contact becca@swumc.org for questions and more information about our School Age Program.
