Alyssa Cammarano

Meet Alyssa Cammarano, our School Age Program Director Designee at Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church! Alyssa joined our team on May 25th, 2022, bringing with her 12 years of valuable experience working with children in both religious education and school settings.
Alyssa’s passion for guiding young minds led her to Susanna Wesley after moving to Topeka last year. She finds the work environment positive and engaging and appreciates the excellent program for her children.
The Cammaranos have enjoyed life in Topeka for the past year and love spending time outdoors and visiting Disney World. Outside of her professional life, Alyssa is a proud wife to her military husband and a loving mother to their two beautiful daughters, Caroline (7) and Aracelia (4). The family also includes their two adorable Golden Retrievers, Daisy and Simba.

Although not currently involved in community or religious organizations, Alyssa’s love for reading is evident in her favorite childhood book series, Inkheart. She was captivated by the idea of entering the books and becoming part of the story. Her passion for storytelling and imagination continues to guide her work with children at Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church.
